Lakeview Living is a beautiful vacation rental home overlooking Silver Lake, located in Delhi, Iowa. This rental house makes for a perfect retreat, and can be rented out several ways or as the Entire House. If you are looking to enjoy some rural Iowa country living, this is the place.
Lakeview Living in Delhi is owned by Tana & Grant Guetzko. Lakeview Living is definitely a family effort, but Tana’s big dreams and unending work ethic have been pivotal in making the rental house a reality and will ensure it only improves year after year. As an interior designer, she has truly thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. Seasonal decor is changed out on a regular basis, updates are made continually, those personal little touches are ones give with great thought.
Lakeview Living is professionally managed by Jennifer Martin, a licensed Real Estate Agent from HCH Real Estate, in Monticello, IA. In the world of Real Estate, property management of short-term vacation properties is one of Jennifer’s passions in her professional career. Through the inquiry, booking, check-in, stay, check-out, and after-stay process, you will be greeted with the utmost professionalism. OUR RENTAL OPTIONS
At Lakeview Living, we provide several accommodation options.
HOWEVER, we only book Entire House rentals further than 1 month out. We split the house up in these individual sections only for unreserved rentals less than 1 month away.

SELF CHECK-IN
We offer a self check in option as a way to provide a contact free or for those busy schedules when you do not know when arrival times will be. We simply leave check-in instructions with you and you help your self into the area you are renting. A member of our staff will be available by phone for questions, if you need us.

PERSONALIZED CHECK-IN
We offer a personalized check in with a member of Lakeview Living there to greet you in in your rental in person at your anticipated arrival time between the hours of 4-8pm. We will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you might have.
