• $400 (check) refundable damage deposit is required for each rental camper

• Check in is 3:00pm - 8:00pm

• Check out is 11:00 or before
   

• Renter must bring your own towels & bed linens for the Happy Hornet & Comfy Coleman 
  there are no kitchen & bath towels or bed linens included, but may be rented for an additional fee of $5.00 per person (if paying by credit card, please add 5% for the credit card fee)

• Towels and bed linens are included in the Rustic Retreat and the Coastal Conquest
   

• Maximum nights in camper rentals are 14 nights.
   

• These camper rentals are pet friendly to well behaved pets. However, there are MANDATORY pet fees associated, should you choose to bring your pets. A $100 refundable pet deposit in addition to the $400 camper deposit, as well as an extra $10 cleaning fee per pet - per day will be assessed ($10.50 if paying by credit card). The deposit covers any incidentals that may incur inside the camper, and the cleaning fee covers extra cleaning with bringing your 4-legged friends! We do not provide any kennels, leashes, pet beds, pet dishes, or any other supplies, so please remember to bring what you need. It is mandatory to safely kennel your pet inside the camper when there is no adult inside the camper with the pet to prevent damage to the camper. Please be sure the kennel is away from all furniture and cannot paw or chew on anything within its reach.
  We expect you to clean up after your pets and dispose of your pet's waste in the garbage bins and follow all Big G's Campground rules associated with pets.​

• Please allow yourself some time at check in for our "camper boot camp" so we can show you all the basics about your camper rental, this will take about 15-30 minutes. It is required for all camper rentals, as every camper is different. We can only allow camper rental check-ins and "boot camp" between 3:00pm - 8:00pm. Please arrive at the time that was arranged or call as soon as possible if you need to switch to another time before 8:00pm.​

• Knives, Forks, Spoons, Plates, Bowls, Cups, Mugs.

• Starter amount of: Dish soap, Hand soap, & 1 garbage bag.

• 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of RV safe toilet paper.

• *ONLY RV safe toilet paper is allowed to be flushed in camper toilets.
  Flushing any other kind of toilet paper or other item will require loss of deposit*

Items we suggest bringing:

• Extra Bedding & Towels for the Happy Hornet and Comfy Coleman: Towels, wash cloths, hand towels, dish towels, dish cloths,

• sheets, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, pillowcases... (the Coastal Conquest and Rustic Retreat has them included)

• Personal hygiene items: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, lotion, sunscreen...

• Outdoor Cooking Equipment: grills, grilling utensils, cast iron pans for fire cooking...

• Paper Items: Paper towels, napkins, paper plates, paper bowls, RV safe toilet paper...

• Extra Items: Fans, garbage bags, plastic silverware, storage bags, aluminum foil, coolers for extra cold/beverage storage,
  baby Items (pack n play, highchair), toys, games, DVDs, outside fun activities...
